Bay Park Associates’ CEO selection process consists of the following steps:

• Candidates are nominated or identified through industry-specific research.
• We contact candidates to determine if they satisfy the criteria to enter the interview process.
• We assess qualified candidates on more than 25 factors during a 90 minute selection interview. The interview assesses candidates' ability to receive value from, and to provide value to, other group participants. It also provides an opportunity for candidates to have answered their every question about the group, e.g.:  how it functions, how much time is required, expectations of participants, etc. Based on the interview results, candidates either move forward to the final phase of the selection process or are removed from consideration.
• During the final phase, we decide if the candidate may be a good fit for the group and, if appropriate, extend an invitation.

This selection process prevents the CEO candidate, and us, from making a decision without sufficient information.

The fundamental requirement for inviting a candidate into the group is that each participant in every group must receive value from, and provide value to, the other CEOs in the group.
